Changing my subscription plan?
Changing your Inspect7® plan is really simple. You can change your subscription at any time and as many times as you want. You can either upgrade or downgrade your subscription, choosing from our range of plans, including; Bronze, Silver, Gold & Enterprise.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
To change your Inspect7® plan, navigate to ‘Manage’ section on the online portal, which can be found in the top right hand. From here click on the ‘Billing/Plan’ tab, where you’ll see the ‘Upgrade’ button. Once you have clicked this you will be presented with all the different plans. Simply select the plan you would like to change. To change your plan you must be an admin. If you’re not an admin please ask someone in your organisation who does have admin access.
When you change plans the system will pro-rata your billing and credit or take the difference depending on if it’s an upgrade or downgrade.
