Adding a guest to a project
How do I invite a guest to view my Inspect7® project(s)?
Adding a guest is done on a project-by-project basis so that guests only get access to the information you require them to see. To add a guest to a project, firstly navigate to the projects page by clicking ‘Projects’ from the top menu. Click on the project you would like to add a guest for and then under the ‘Users’ tab, click on ‘Guests’.
From here click the ‘Invite’ button. You’ll then be asked to enter the email address of the person you would like to add as a guest. Simply enter their email address and hit ‘Submit’.
What next?
Your guest will receive an email invitation to join the project as a guest. If they are already an Inspect7® user they will simply just accept the invitation. If they are not already an Inspect7® user, the system will ask them to sign up and then they will be taken back to accept the invitation.
