Faulty hardware? What’s the procedure?

All of our products come with a 1-year warranty. This warranty covers any fault that may occur, such as the display of the Inspect7® not working or updating for example. However, the warranty does not cover any physical damage to the product, such as a smashed screen.

How do I return my faulty hardware?

To return your faulty hardware, please send them back to us at our address, which can be found as the ‘Return Address’ on the original packaging/box. If you no longer have the original packaging, here is the address you will need:

What next?

Once we are in receipt of your return, we will carry out a full inspection of each item and determine the issue and whether it is within the warranty period.

If the returned item(s) has a clear fault and is within the 1-year warranty period we replace it free of charge. We will send any replacements to the address you have provided.
